As the hitmakers behind Thunder, Love Drunk, and the Taylor Swift hit collaboration song Two is Better than One, Boys Like Girls has been a strong playlist staple for teenagers for their alternative rock, pop-punk, and emo-pop sound. Internationally renowned as one of the biggest bands of their time and their genres, Boys Like Girls remain one of those bands that you will listen to when you want to get right into your feelings! Their self-titled debut album was certified gold by the RIAA, while the title track for their second album, Love Drunk, became certified platinum. Throughout their career, they have toured with several other hitmakers, including Carly Rae Jepsen, Avril Lavigne, and just recently, the Jonas Brothers.
Scene subculture became synonymous with CIWWAF, a pop-punk band from New York that made the hits There’s A Class For This, Practice Makes Perfect, and Risqué. They have toured with major bands like Paramore, Fall Out Boy, and Secondhand Serenade.
Touring alongside All Time Low, New Found Glory, and Bayside, pop punk band Hit the Lights became popular because of their distinct guitar plays and their hits Pulse, Gravity, and Tell Me Where You Are.
Honestly, the lineup won’t be complete without Cartel. Their melodic emo rock music has produced popular tracks like Runaway, Faster Ride, and The Fortunate.
